The Need:
Community Communications, a Call Centre, needed urgent support to retain their largest client and to produce an in-depth proposal to a prospective client.

They also wished to develop their professional image when dealing with new and existing customers.

The Action:
Cynergy helped them to retain the contract and has provided a mentoring role. Work is continuing on new product development and a new service is to be launched shortly to expand their portfolio and to develop new markets.

Cynergy provided a mentoring and guidance role to develop a more professional and sophisticated image when dealing with contract bid preparation and new contract discussions. This has helped them to grow in confidence and to improve their credibility in the marketplace.

Work is continuing, to develop a new training service in customer care and call handling to corporate clients and other call centres.

Call centres get a lot of bad press but Community Communications is different as it has an ethical business philosophy. Cynergy has used this to emphasise a… “non-aggressive approach” as their Unique Selling Point, which has been included in all of their new marketing material.”
