Kick-off:  An initial 2-3 hour chat to find out what your  company does, the people who work  with you, your customers,  what you supply, how you market and sell your products or  services.   Basically, it’s an evaluation of where you and your  business are now, combined with where you  think you would like  your business to be in the future.  

You will be asked some challenging questions about the business.  We want to help you and the  only way to do this is ask you lots of  questions.  We won’t hit you with meaningless jargon.  We  will  usually provide you with feedback during our time together, with  suggestions and creative ideas which can be implemented quickly.
